amp head noise

Hi recently got my hands on a rh150g3plus and rs412xc cab there is two questions I have. The head makes a weird feedback noise but it isnt feedback like high high humming/squealing noise, not loud though and its turned right down then goes away after a bit. Just wondering if its just warming up as it only does it after its been sitting over night and when i first turn it on doesnt do it after its been played. Any input would be appreciated. As the amp and cab are brand new.
