Anyone else tried these SS tubes?

I tried them at namm but could only test them out in jet citys amp and i'm just not sure about dropping $99 on them without knowing how good there gonna do in other amps.

What do you think of the price Wookieslayer? I understand there big thing is they have a lifetime warrenty and never wear out, but then I look at it as for the same price I can get a NOS set and the fact that preamp tubes dont wear out fast a good set can last 5 to 8 years.

Well if they really last "forever," lets say they keep their tone for 10 years or more then I think it could be worth it.

I don't think they're terribly expensive... but I would have liked to see a somewhat cheaper price considering they are brand new and I can see people being skeptic on their tone quality.  I'm guessing they may be quieter than some real tubes and if so they are probably worth it.  I'd probably try out the cocktail 3 pack if I save some money up.
