RT 503 head with 16 0hm cab?

Hi all noobee here ! I just got a new RT 503 50watt head and i love it ! But....... it only has 4 and 8 ohm outputs and my main cab for small gigs is a16 ohm 1x12 . Can i run this cab with the 503 or do i need to replace the speaker with an 8 ohm. which i rally dont want to do cause this ones already broken in. Thanx in anvance.

Simple solution... buy another 112 cab and break that in LOL

if you run the head with a 16ohm cab your amp will be toast in a matter of 5 to 15 mins and you will have a expensive paper weight.

you need a 8 ohm or 4 ohm cab depending on where your at I have a 8 ohm eminence speaker, message me if your interested
