RT100H and GSystem midi footswitch possible?
« on: March 08, 2019, 10:51:54 AM »
Hello Guys and Randall!

I'm sorry mods if having this as a first post is a violation.

I've been wanting to make my Randal RT100H channel switch via G-System.

The GSystem has a standard 5Pin midi and I don't really know how to call the midi from the Randall. It is somewhat 6PIN but when doing a search, I also see some 6PIN that is different from RT100.

Does any of you know how to call that RT100 midi input?

And is it possible to find a "adapter/Converter" type of midi cable so I can plug it to the G-System midi input?

Thanks for the answer, guys!

Really appreciate the help.

The Footswitch plug may be the same style (DIN style) but it's not a MIDI connection point. Controlling that via MIDI directly would not work.
